These terms explain how you may use the Shared Spectrum website and what to expect when you follow a booking link. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.
About Shared Spectrum
Shared Spectrum is a community-run peer-support service based in West Yorkshire. It runs small groups and gentle wellbeing activities for neurodivergent women and for parents and carers of neurodivergent young people.
Using this website
You may use the site to learn about Shared Spectrum, access public resources, contact us and follow links to book activities. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape personal information or use the service in a way that harms another person.
Information, peer support and wellbeing activities
Shared Spectrum provides peer support, community information and wellbeing activities. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support or emergency services. Website content and group discussion are not substitutes for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help that is not an emergency, use NHS 111.
Booking, cancellations and refunds
Bookings are handled by Ticket Tailor. The applicable event listing and booking confirmation show the price, date, venue, availability and any cancellation or refund terms for that activity. Please check those details before paying. Contact Shared Spectrum promptly through the contact page if you make a booking in error or cannot attend.
External services and links
The site links to services operated by other organisations, including Ticket Tailor, WhatsApp and independent resource tools. Their own terms and privacy information apply when you use them. A link does not mean Shared Spectrum controls every part of the external service.
Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, Shared Spectrum owns or has permission to use the website's text, branding and original resources. You may save or print material for your own non-commercial use. Do not republish, sell or remove attribution from it without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or deliberately misleading material. Do not include another person's confidential or sensitive information without a lawful reason and their permission.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every external link will always work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Shared Spectrum is not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on general website information or by the independent operation of an external service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, booking arrangements or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.
