Women's Group 18+ · Cleckheaton & Brighouse, West Yorkshire
A quiet, safe space to talk freely. Small & structured - never overwhelming. No diagnosis needed.
See upcoming sessionsFor a lot of women, the question of neurodivergence does not arrive neatly. It arrives through burnout. Through hormones. Through sensory overload getting harder to hide. Through coping strategies suddenly failing. Through the shock of realising you may have spent years being misunderstood - including by yourself.
This group is for women at any stage of that journey. Diagnosed. Self-identifying. Waiting for assessment. Just beginning to wonder.
We talk about neurodivergence, perimenopause, menopause, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, relationships, identity, and exhaustion - and that incredible relief when you explain how you feel and the other women in the room just nod, because they've been there too.
A relaxed, down-to-earth space where you will always be noticed and welcomed. We keep a gentle structure so you can just settle in without any anxiety. It is warm, easygoing, and entirely pressure-free.
Come as you are, with whatever you are carrying. You don't need to speak before you are ready, and you don't have to prove a single thing to be here.
Max 10 people - never overwhelming or rushed.
What's shared in the room stays in the room.
You are welcome at any stage - formal diagnosis or not.
We talk openly about the overlap - often missed, never dismissed here.
Covers room hire, a proper brew or two + biscuits. Block bookings available.
Sessions run on selected dates. Places are limited - booking essential.
After three sessions, active members are invited into a private WhatsApp group with people they have already met in person. That timing matters. By then the room is familiar. The names are familiar. The trust has started to form.
The WhatsApp group is for active members only. If you stop attending, you may be removed so members' privacy and personal data stay protected.
From time to time we run optional guest sessions alongside the regular group. That might mean a registered mental health professional, an ADHD coach, someone offering breathwork or other nervous-system support. Everything is clearly signposted in advance - nobody is pushed into anything that does not feel right for them.
