Shared Spectrum is a community-run peer support service based in West Yorkshire. We are not a limited company or registered charity at this time. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us through the contact page.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This may include:

• Your name and email address when you complete the contact form or book a place
• Information you share about yourself in your message (for example, which group you are interested in)
• Your name and contact details if you join the member WhatsApp group

We do not collect sensitive health data, diagnosis information, or any information beyond what you share with us directly.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or booking request
• Send you session details and practical information ahead of your first group
• Keep you informed of upcoming sessions or changes, if you have asked us to

We will not use your information to send unsolicited marketing, add you to mailing lists without your consent, or share your details with anyone outside of Shared Spectrum.

How we store your information

Your messages are received via the contact form on this website, which is hosted on Netlify. Replies are sent from a personal email account. We do not use a CRM system or store your details in a shared database beyond email correspondence and the member WhatsApp group, if you join one.

We keep your contact details only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain your group membership. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.

We use Ticket Tailor to manage group bookings. If you book through Ticket Tailor, their own privacy policy applies to the information you provide there. We also use Google Fonts, which may set cookies - see our Cookie Policy for more.
